Returns & Shipping

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund {minus the original shipping costs}. All sale items are a final sale. You must email customer service within 10 days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached with the original invoice. For returns please email us at contact@golokawear.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Items purchased online must be returned through the online store, items purchased in a retail location must be returned as per their return policy. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Goloka. Goloka will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

Shipping

Our shipping rates come directly from the shipping companies used depending on what part of the world you are ordering from. We do not add any handling fees. The live shipping and international rates fluctuate and we do not control how they are adjusted. All sales tax is determined on which Country your order is being shipped too.

Shipping Processing

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm PST excluding statutory holidays. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Delivery times and dates may vary.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packaging.
